Each housing and living model will accommodate 2 or more individuals who are unrelated or related who dwell in the same space facilitated by a professional host. Two things we must define which we believe really provides the structure and pillar to our concept: 

Coliving: a lifestyle that is focused on intentional community in a shared housing space for individuals that have similar values or aspirations to thrive collaboratively, conveniently and comfortably.Coliving nicely allows a flexible community oriented affordable co-living space with working professionals. This is where being and belonging is more than living, its co-living. 

Professional:  Any member of a profession or any individual who works in a specified professional activity. The definition is open for interpretation but the defining perception is anyone who wants to thrive and has created a standard for themselves. We have had musicians, medical professionals, medical students, nursing students, law students, business developers and the list goes on.

Young professionals, seasoned professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, interns, students, travelers, remote workers, and many more benefit from a flexible and furnished lifestyle that gives them time to live and thrive amongst a community that values a network of connection and shared resources. 

Simply put, Professional Coliving is perfect for any and all professionals such as those relocating for a new job; studying for a degree; working remotely; starting a new company; starting fresh by jumping to a new city; or getting to know a new city where they know no one. 

First, our tenants are not vacation goers but rather short term Traveling or local Professionals on work assignments who require at least one month of Furnished Housing. Secondly, we offer amenities and services that are not typically offered because we value the art of comfort and convenience while keeping the essence of a “home” feel. All tenants also undergo a soft background check for the safety of all individuals who live there.

CEO & Founder’s Story 

The idea of living in a swanky, modern, and sophisticated space was always appealing to Hayle Gulilat. Early in his professional career, Hayle sought after luxury apartment living to meet influential and motivated like minded people that can further stimulate not only his professional growth but his social community of like minded and supportive professionals. Time and time again Hayle found himself living in apartment communities where the mission, vision and values did not align with what he deemed necessary for growth both personally and professionally.
